Frank Recruitment Group lands 17 awards in 2020

While 2020 was a challenging time for all businesses, Frank Recruitment Group has continued to Go Beyond, winning a total of 17 awards throughout the year.

The award recognition received has covered all facets of the business including our senior leadership team, training programs, and ED&I with global and local coverage.

Our efforts to be an outstanding staffing firm were recognized globally by multiple organizations in 2020. In the USA, our very own Zoë Morris, President of Frank Recruitment Group, was named Top Female Executive of the Year by the DataBird Business Journal.

DataBird Business Journal also recognized us as first place winners of the Best Companies for Women award! Additionally, we were crowned as one of the Best and Brightest Places to Work For US-wide, and National Best and Brightest in Wellness, by the Best and Brightest program. Regionally, we won Best Places to Work for our Denver office.

Frank Recruitment Group ranked gold globally for Best Places to Work through the Best in BIZ awards. In Barcelona, we won Recruitment Agency of the Year through the Barcelona Prestige Awards and in Germany we won a FOCUS award for the third year in a row.

Our Learning and Development team won a Pillar Award for Great Workplace for Career Growth due to our internal training program and the amazing transition the team made to a fully remote training course in 2020. We were also shortlisted for Best Recruitment Company to Work for and Recruitment Agency of the Year.

In 2020 we also saw much-deserved recognition for our senior leadership team: James Lloyd-Townshend, CEO and Chairman for Frank Recruitment Group won Chairman of the Year through the Best in BIZ awards; Dal Bamford, Chief Customer Officer for Frank Recruitment Group and Nabila Salem, President of Revolent Group were both shortlisted for UK’s Most Influential Women in Tech 2020; Mark Hill, Chief Information Officer for Frank Recruitment Group was shortlisted for the Tech Transformation Leader through the Tiara Awards; and Matt Lumb, Business Manager in Melbourne was shortlisted for APSCo Australia MD’s Award.
