Frank Recruitment Group lands wellness award

We’re thrilled to announce that Frank Recruitment Group has won the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness Awards that recognizes quality and excellence in health awareness across the United States.

Michigan-based organization Best and Brightest regularly recognizes the most influential, trend-setting companies in America, with their annual Wellness award presented to firms that implement and evaluate efforts in employee wellbeing and make their business a healthier place to work as a result.

Their latest list of winners included us, alongside a host of other companies, including IT and business consulting services firm CGI, workwear giants Carhartt and security software and services specialists BlackBerry.

Frank Recruitment Group now boasts 11 offices across the US following the opening of a Chicago hub in January.

Rachel Sirett, who leads on our employee engagement and wellness in the States, emphasized that the health and happiness of employees is something we take very seriously.

“We’re naturally delighted to be included on this list,” said Rachel. “To have our efforts recognized and validated is very reassuring, both in terms of the measures we have in place and the way our staff benefit.

“It is in the best interest of employers worldwide to make sure their workforce remains as happy and as motivated as possible.

“Wellbeing, and the freedom to communicate both personally and professionally, are things that we actively encourage across the business. That approach informs how well we operate as individuals and within our teams.

“I’d like to think our employees enjoy coming to work, and one of the reasons behind that is the social elements we provide to bring colleagues closer together.

“It’s important for people to feel like work isn’t just something you do in between socializing with family and friends, and thanks to regular lunch and learns, charity fundraising, after-work events and our Wellness Wednesday Sports Club events, we have developed a genuine sense of community.”

The recognition follows hot on the heels of a number of industry awards. In the last six months alone, we have topped the Best Companies for Women 2019 list and been named as one of the best places to work in Phoenix, AZ!
