James Lloyd-Townshend

Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer

James joined us in 2015 after rising through the ranks at Hays plc, where he earned the role of Managing Director.

As our Chairman and CEO, James has created a business that allows anyone with the ambition to succeed and reach their goals in an environment that is genuinely inclusive.

Boasting over 22 years of recruitment experience, James is an Economics and Accounting graduate from the University of Newcastle and has attended the executive program at Manchester Business School as well as several other business schools in Europe.

Zoë Morris

President

As our President, Zoë oversees our ongoing business and sales operations, employee training, and hiring initiatives. She has played a vital role in building our company into the global, award-winning niche IT recruitment firm that it is today-under Zoë’s leadership, we have consistently achieved substantial year on year growth.

Before joining the business as Chief Operations Officer in 2016, Zoë spent 15 years at Hays plc, where she rose to the position of Director at their flagship office in London.

Peter White

Chief Financial Officer

Peter is our Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience in Finance, having held a number of CFO roles in Private Equity portfolio companies across a variety of sectors, including telecommunications and technology. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Peter is responsible for our Finance, Legal and Facilities teams and his extensive business strategy insights and financial analysis skills will ensure TRG continues to thrive.

Nigel O'Donoghue

Co-founder

Nigel is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and before co-founding the business, he gained more than a decade of experience with the Bank of Scotland’s Treasury Services division. Before taking on the role of COO in 2017, Nigel was Chief Financial Officer and was a key player in establishing our business processes across IT, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations.

Mark Hill

Chief Operating Officer

Mark joined us as Chief Information Officer in 2017, bringing over 25 years’ IT experience to the business. A Tech Leaders Awards’ CIO of the Year nominee, Mark has led the business through countless digital transformations and strategic business change initiatives across the organization. He also takes a leading role in developing the firm’s Strategic Alliance strategies. Before joining Mark specialized in delivering complex mission-critical technology across both Capital Market and broader Financial Services sectors.

Ian Clark

President of Americas
and CEO of Revolent
Ian joined us in 2016 after rising through the ranks at Hays plc, where he rose to the position of Director at their flagship office in London. As a board member, Ian is responsible for leading our sales and operations strategy across the US and Canada. He is also CEO of our sister division, Revolent. Boasting over 15 years of recruitment and sales leadership, Ian is a 1st class honors Economics and Business graduate from Oxford Brookes University.

Simon Dixon

Managing Director of UK and Nordics

Simon joined Tenth Revolution Group in 2021. With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector, including numerous director and board-level roles, he has vast experience in driving productivity, managing recruitment sales functions, and enhancing target operating models.

A graduate from Loughborough University, his role as Managing Director of the UK and Nordics sees him using his wealth of expertise and industry insights to lead on the sales strategy for this division of our business.

Paul Briggs

Managing Director of Europe
Paul has worked in the recruitment industry for more than 20 years and worked his way up the ranks at Hays, leading on the development, deployment and strategy execution of numerous projects across sectors such as finance technology and life sciences. He brings this wealth of expertise to Frank Recruitment Group, overseeing our recruitment divisions in Europe, Japan, and Asia-Pacific.

Paul Hanley

Managing Director of Switzerland
and Asia-Pacific
Paul has been working in the recruitment industry for more than 15 years, and his unique career journey has taken him around the world, from the UK to Singapore, from India to China, and in 2017, to the place he now calls his home in Switzerland. Paul has worked for some of the world’s leading staffing firms and now leads the Swiss and APAC locations for Tenth Revolution Group.

Lisa Paton

Chief of Staff

Lisa joined our Board in 2019 as Chief of Staff, where she draws on a stellar career to ensure the business’s daily operations run smoothly and help our leaders make better and more informed decisions. Prior to Tenth Revolution Group Lisa enjoyed 18 years working with Deloitte, where she built up a wealth of fintech experience and expertise, and is also a graduate from the University of Cambridge.
