Ich denke, es ist eher eine Evolution der Arbeit. Unser Schwerpunkt bei <\/span><span aria-label=\"Steuerung von Rich-Text-Inhalten\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Missio<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n geht es zum Beispiel nicht darum, ob ein bestimmter Job in der Art und Weise, wie er derzeit ausgef\u00fchrt wird, f\u00fcr immer gleich bleiben wird. Stattdessen versuchen wir, proaktiv zu handeln, indem wir dar\u00fcber sprechen, es normalisieren und es annehmen - das hilft uns wirklich, dieser Entwicklung voraus zu sein.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span
