Diesen Monat wurden wir als einer der Finalisten f\u00fcr die E-Skills-Initiative des Jahres bei den Women in IT Awards bekannt gegeben, die am 31. Januar im Grosvenor House in London stattfinden werden. Wir wurden f\u00fcr unsere Marke Nigel Frank International und ihre hervorragende Arbeit an der Initiative Diversity in Dynamics, die im letzten Herbst ins Leben gerufen wurde, in die engere Wahl gezogen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"user-select: auto;\">Das Projekt \"Diversity in Dynamics\" wurde als Sprungbrett f\u00fcr weibliche IT-Experten geschaffen, um eine vielversprechende und lukrative Arbeit in der Technologiebranche zu finden, einer Branche, die weithin f\u00fcr ihr Geschlechterungleichgewicht bekannt ist. Die E-Skills-Initiative des Jahres wurde von den Veranstaltern ins Leben gerufen, um Organisationen und Unternehmen auszuzeichnen, die Frauen mit technischem Fachwissen bei der R\u00fcckkehr in die IT-Branche unterst\u00fctzen und ihnen eine erfolgreiche und vielversprechende Karriere erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"user-select: auto;\">Um die Nominierung abzurunden, hat sich die Frank Recruitment Group auch bereit erkl\u00c3?rt, offizieller Rekrutierungspartner der Women in IT Awards zu werden. Zo\u00c3\u00ab Morris, Chief Operating Officer bei der Frank Recruitment Group, sagte: \u00e2\u20ac\u017eDie Women in IT Awards sind entscheidend f\u00c3?r die Fortsetzung des Dialogs \u00c3?ber die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter in einer schnell wachsenden IT-Branche.
