Sin embargo, aunque la preferencia por la flexibilidad es clara, las empresas deben ser cautelosas a la hora de lanzarse de cabeza al trabajo remoto, sobre todo cuando una cuarta parte (24%) de las empresas se\u00f1alan que la gesti\u00f3n de los empleados remotos es uno de los principales retos a la hora de contratar personal.<\/p><p>En cambio, 48% de los encuestados citaron un acuerdo flexible como su enfoque ideal para trabajar.
