C'est pourquoi, en 2022, nous avons lanc\u00e9 TRG Cares, une initiative mondiale qui s'appuie sur les piliers de notre programme \u2019People & Planet\" et qui nous permet d'apporter notre contribution aux organisations caritatives que nous avons d\u00e9sign\u00e9es et de soutenir les causes qui tiennent le plus \u00e0 c\u0153ur \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s.<\/p>

L'\u00e9cole St. Martin<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Martin's School est notre organisation caritative mondiale depuis 2019. L'\u00e9cole est situ\u00e9e dans l'un des quartiers les plus pauvres de Nairobi, au Kenya, o\u00f9 les habitants ont un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux \u00e9quipements de base.<\/p>

Pour cr\u00e9er un espace s\u00fbr o\u00f9 les enfants peuvent d\u00e9velopper leurs connaissances, acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et recevoir des repas r\u00e9guliers, nous avons organis\u00e9 de nombreuses activit\u00e9s de collecte de fonds et parrain\u00e9 plus de 70 enfants tout au long de leur scolarit\u00e9. Nos employ\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement entrepris des voyages de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat pour visiter l'\u00e9cole et consacrer leur temps \u00e0 l'encadrement et \u00e0 l'enseignement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>

Nos efforts de collecte de fonds ont permis de doter l'\u00e9cole d'un nouveau laboratoire informatique et d'une salle d'art, d'\u00e9quiper les enfants de manuels scolaires et de contribuer \u00e0 l'approvisionnement en nourriture et \u00e0 l'installation d'une nouvelle pompe \u00e0 eau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

En 2023, nous nous sommes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 Teenage Cancer Trust, la seule organisation caritative britannique qui se consacre au soutien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 des jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 13 \u00e0 24 ans atteints d'un cancer.<\/p>
