Sauf modification et accord mutuel \u00e9crit par les Parties, l&#8217;ordre de gouvernance est le suivant : (a) ces CG et (b) le Bon de Commande. Le Client doit fournir \u00e0 FRG toutes les informations sur les postes vacants raisonnablement n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre \u00e0 FRG de faire des Pr\u00e9sentations appropri\u00e9es. Les Informations Confidentielles ne doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es par le Client qu&#8217;aux fins de mener des affaires avec FRG et ne peuvent \u00eatre fournies \u00e0 des tiers sans le consentement \u00e9crit pr\u00e9alable de FRG. Le Client mettra en place toutes les mesures de protection raisonnables pour prot\u00e9ger les Informations Confidentielles contre toute divulgation, acc\u00e8s, alt\u00e9ration ou suppression non autoris\u00e9s. Il est \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du Client d&#8217;embaucher ou de retenir un Candidat et le Client est pleinement responsable de ses d\u00e9cisions d&#8217;embauche. Les parties se conformeront \u00e0 toutes les lois et r\u00e9glementations applicables en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et de passation de march\u00e9s gouvernementaux, y compris, sans s&#8217;y limiter, la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne et la Loi sur l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi. Aucune des parties, ni ses employ\u00e9s, ne donnera, n&#8217;offrira ou ne recevra de pot-de-vin ou de cadeau \u00e0 ou de l&#8217;autre partie d&#8217;une valeur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une valeur de minimis compte tenu des circonstances. L&#8217;article 12 du R\u00e8glement sur les licences d&#8217;exploitation d&#8217;agence de placement de l&#8217;Alberta interdit \u00e0 un exploitant d&#8217;agence de placement de demander ou de percevoir directement ou indirectement des honoraires, une r\u00e9compense ou toute autre compensation (a) d&#8217;un individu \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;un emploi ou d&#8217;une autre personne au nom de cet individu, (b) d&#8217;un individu \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;informations concernant des employeurs \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;employ\u00e9s ou d&#8217;une autre personne au nom de cet individu, (c) d&#8217;un individu pour obtenir ou tenter d&#8217;obtenir un emploi pour cet individu ou fournir \u00e0 cet individu des informations concernant tout employeur \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;employ\u00e9s ou d&#8217;une autre personne au nom de cet individu, ou (d) d&#8217;un individu pour \u00e9valuer ou tester cet individu, ou pour organiser l&#8217;\u00e9valuation ou le test de cet individu, pour les comp\u00e9tences ou connaissances requises pour l&#8217;emploi, lorsque l&#8217;individu ou l&#8217;emploi se trouve en Alberta, ou d&#8217;une autre personne au nom de cet individu. Un exploitant d&#8217;agence de placement doit conclure un accord avec l&#8217;employeur avant d&#8217;obtenir un emploi pour l&#8217;individu ou toute autre action d\u00e9crite au point 4(d) ci-dessus.
