L'objectif de cette politique est de s'assurer que le client comprend ses obligations envers FRG en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9penses encourues par les employ\u00e9s de T-4. Il incombe au Client de veiller \u00e0 ce que tous ses employ\u00e9s ou les employ\u00e9s du Client, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, qui travaillent avec un Employ\u00e9 T-4 ou l'engagent re\u00e7oivent une copie de la Politique et la comprennent. Les d\u00e9penses rembours\u00e9es par le client en vertu des pr\u00e9sentes comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les billets d'avion, les billets de train, l'h\u00e9bergement, les repas, le stationnement, les frais de location de voiture, l'essence et le kilom\u00e9trage (au taux alors en vigueur fix\u00e9 par l'IRS), ainsi que d'autres co\u00fbts et frais accessoires.<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Processus d'approbation des d\u00e9penses. <\/strong>T-4 Les employ\u00e9s doivent soumettre toutes les d\u00e9penses dans le syst\u00e8me de comptabilisation du temps de FRG, accompagn\u00e9es des pi\u00e8ces justificatives. Une fois soumise, la demande de remboursement des frais et les pi\u00e8ces justificatives sont envoy\u00e9es par voie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 un repr\u00e9sentant du Client pour approbation. Dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9ception par le Client d'une demande de remboursement de frais (le \u201c<strong>P\u00e9riode d'examen des d\u00e9penses<\/strong>\u201d), le Client doit soit approuver, soit contester la demande de remboursement. Si le client n'informe pas FRG de sa contestation d'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'une demande de frais au cours de la p\u00e9riode d'examen des frais, il est r\u00e9put\u00e9 approuver tous les aspects de la demande de frais. Si le client conteste un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'une demande de remboursement, il doit imm\u00e9diatement en informer le FRG par \u00e9crit et en indiquer les raisons. Le client doit payer chaque demande de d\u00e9pense approuv\u00e9e dans les sept (7) jours suivant la date de la facture. Le client ne peut pas refuser de payer, rejeter ou contester un poste de d\u00e9penses parce qu'il conteste, en tout ou en partie, une autre facture, d\u00e9pense ou feuille de temps de FRG ou parce qu'il n'est pas satisfait des services de recrutement ou des services en r\u00e9gie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9penses professionnelles l\u00e9gitimes et autorit\u00e9. <\/strong>Que la d\u00e9pense ait \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande ou au profit du client ou du client du client, c'est le client, et non le client du client, qui est tenu de payer ou de rembourser le FRG pour cette d\u00e9pense. L'approbation par le client ou son client d'un poste de d\u00e9pense sur une demande de remboursement est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une preuve concluante que cette d\u00e9pense est une d\u00e9pense professionnelle l\u00e9gitime. Le client d\u00e9clare et garantit \u00e0 FRG que tout employ\u00e9, agent ou repr\u00e9sentant du client ou de son client qui pr\u00e9approuve une d\u00e9pense ou approuve un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'une demande de remboursement est autoris\u00e9 et qualifi\u00e9 pour le faire, et que cette approbation est contraignante pour le client \u00e0 toutes fins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>. FRG interpr\u00e9tera la pr\u00e9sente politique conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 toutes les lois applicables. Le client reconna\u00eet et accepte qu'il peut y avoir des circonstances inhabituelles ou impr\u00e9vues qui am\u00e8nent un employ\u00e9 T-4 \u00e0 engager des d\u00e9penses professionnelles diff\u00e9rentes de celles qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vues ou convenues. Par cons\u00e9quent, le client doit approuver et payer tout poste de d\u00e9pense qui est diff\u00e9rent ou plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu, \u00e0 condition que les circonstances inhabituelles ou impr\u00e9vues, et les frais qui en r\u00e9sultent, ne soient pas dus \u00e0 la seule faute de l'employ\u00e9 T-4. FRG se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier cette politique \u00e0 tout moment. La pr\u00e9sente politique remplace tous les autres accords et d\u00e9clarations ant\u00e9rieurs et contemporains, qu'ils soient \u00e9crits ou oraux, explicites ou implicites, concernant de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit le remboursement des frais des employ\u00e9s de niveau 4.
