Teran, coach en bien-\u00eatre et strat\u00e8ge en d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, a expliqu\u00e9 pourquoi les gens cherchent des excuses pour s'absenter du travail. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.officialspcg.com\/\">SP Consulting<\/a> a parl\u00e9 de l'importance de la communication et de la d\u00e9stigmatisation de l'absence sur le lieu de travail. Selon elle, les personnes qui cherchent des excuses pour s'absenter du travail ont probablement \u201cle sentiment de ne pas avoir un sup\u00e9rieur ou une culture d'entreprise qui leur permette de s'absenter librement sans \u00eatre ridiculis\u00e9es ou contest\u00e9es\u201d.<\/p><p>Le Dr Teran a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que le retour au travail n\u00e9cessite l'attention des employeurs. \u201cUn certain nombre de personnes ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas de la gr\u00e2ce et de la compr\u00e9hension dont elles ont besoin de la part de leur employeur, ce qui les conduit \u00e0 faire semblant et \u00e0 s'\u00e9chapper par tous les moyens. Les gens doivent prendre davantage de cong\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer les facteurs de stress durables qui accompagnent la r\u00e9adaptation\u201d. Selon le Dr Teran, si de nombreuses entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris des mesures pour \u201ccr\u00e9er de nouvelles proc\u00e9dures op\u00e9rationnelles, des ressources d'engagement et des environnements de travail repens\u00e9s\u201d, la cl\u00e9 d'un changement significatif et \u00e0 long terme est l'\u00e9quilibre. \u201cLes employeurs doivent trouver un \u00e9quilibre, dit-elle, entre des int\u00e9r\u00eats concurrents - la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des revenus et le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les suggestions pratiques pour aller dans ce sens comprennent l'embauche pour plus de r\u00f4les lorsque cela est possible afin que les charges de travail deviennent plus g\u00e9rables dans les \u00e9quipes, la poursuite de la transformation num\u00e9rique et de l'automatisation afin d'am\u00e9liorer le flux de travail organisationnel, et la garantie d'une gestion de qualit\u00e9 des programmes d'aide au bien-\u00eatre. Il est particuli\u00e8rement utile et efficace d'impliquer le personnel dans les processus de co-conception de ce type de mesures.
