Les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s par une \u00e9quipe d'experts, et nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que FRG est arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes extr\u00eamement fiers de ce r\u00e9sultat et ravis de constater que le travail acharn\u00e9 que nous avons accompli dans le cadre de nos initiatives en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, dans le cadre de notre programme \"Diversity Matters\", trouve un \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s de nos employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous avons rejoint l'initiative APSCo\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Women in Recruitment, offrant \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s un r\u00e9seau de soutien de professionnels du recrutement partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es et visant \u00e0 donner aux femmes les moyens d'atteindre leur plein potentiel au sein de l'industrie du recrutement. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de la semaine, nos employ\u00e9es ont organis\u00e9 un certain nombre de pr\u00e9sentations, de tables rondes et de groupes de r\u00e9flexion pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re les exp\u00e9riences des individus en tant que femmes ayant r\u00e9ussi chez FRG, discuter des d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les femmes dans les secteurs de l'informatique et de la vente, et parler de ce que la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme signifie pour notre main-d'\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il n'y a pas que nos propres employ\u00e9s qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du travail que nous faisons pour soutenir l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes. Au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Newcastle une organisation caritative locale de mentorat professionnel, r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux femmes, pour les filles d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es. Nous avons \u00e9galement mis en place un programme de mentorat \u00e9lectronique de longue date avec nos organisations caritatives partenaires, l'\u00e9cole St. Martin au Kenya et le foyer Baale Mane en Inde, afin d'enseigner aux jeunes filles issues de milieux d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s des comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour leur avenir et de leur donner un aper\u00e7u des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans le domaine des technologies de l'information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous sommes \u00e9galement fix\u00e9 comme priorit\u00e9 de marquer de notre empreinte le secteur de niche des technologies de l'information dans lequel nos marques op\u00e8rent. Nous sommes les principaux sponsors des Women in IT Awards, le plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement de ce type. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons lanc\u00e9 deux bureaux de recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le soutien aux femmes professionnelles de l'informatique : notre bureau de ressourcement \u201cWomen in IT\" se consacre \u00e0 la recherche de talents de haut niveau dans le domaine de l'informatique au Royaume-Uni, et notre programme de bourses de retour \"Diversity in Dynamics\" en est maintenant \u00e0 sa troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences en informatique en nous associant \u00e0 CoderDojo pour organiser des ateliers de codage gratuits pour les enfants \u00e0 partir de sept ans, en travaillant avec ADA, le National College for Digital Skills, pour fournir des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles aux \u00e9tudiants, et en nous associant \u00e0 des universit\u00e9s telles que l'UTC Reading et l'universit\u00e9 Birkbeck.
