Microsoft Careers Program

Build your career across the Microsoft ecosystem

Develop Microsoft expertise, work towards industry-recognized certifications and build real-world experience across Azure, Business Applications and Microsoft 365.

Take your next step into Microsoft technology

Microsoft technologies sit across cloud infrastructure, business applications, productivity, data, security, automation and AI.

That breadth creates opportunities for professionals with different technical and business backgrounds to build specialist careers across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Our Microsoft Careers Program gives you a structured route into one of those roles.

Training is delivered through Revolent, our specialist technology talent creation and training business.

You’ll develop Microsoft expertise aligned to your role and customer placement, work towards relevant certifications and build practical skills across the technologies you’ll use.

Once training is complete, you’ll progress onto a customer placement for up to two years, working as part of their team while remaining with Revolent and applying your skills in a live Microsoft environment.

Why build a career in Microsoft?

Microsoft technology is embedded across how organizations run infrastructure, manage business processes, collaborate, secure systems and adopt AI.
Azure supports cloud, data and application workloads. Business Applications help organizations manage finance, operations, sales and customer processes. Microsoft 365 powers productivity, collaboration and increasingly AI-enabled ways of working. Microsoft’s breadth means your experience can develop across interconnected platforms rather than being limited to a single technology area.
