We love seeing happy customers become advocates, so we’ve established a reward scheme to show our appreciation for the businesses and professionals who champion us. From developers to administrators and from SMEs to Enterprises working in Dynamics, Salesforce, AWS, NetSuite or any of our core products, there’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Just follow the below steps to qualify.
Job seeker referrals
Earn $250/£250/€250 worth of vouchers providing all of the following criteria apply:
- We place the referee in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original referral.
- The referee completes 60 days of work in their new position.
Employer referrals
- You refer a hiring manager who is actively recruiting and willing to use our services, whom we do not have prior knowledge of.
- The referred hiring manager goes on to employ a job seeker through Tenth Revolution Group, in either a permanent or contract role, within 12 months of your original recommendation.
- Any individual placed with the hiring manager completes 60 days of work in their new position.

Terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the scheme at any time without notice.
- The scheme does not apply to individuals currently registered with one of our niche IT brands.
- Payment will be made when we are paid by our customer and at least 60 days after the individual has started.
- The scheme is not available for current Tenth Revolution Group employees or friends/relatives.
- Tenth Revolution Group makes no deduction of payroll tax from the amount we pay, and tax liability is your own responsibility.
- Vouchers are for M&S, John Lewis or Amazon in the UK and for Amazon in the US and most of Europe, except for Finland (Stockman Export Services) and the Netherlands (vvvcadeaubonnen.nl).
