- Dynamics CRM
Description
The MS Dynamics CRM Product Owner will drive the strategic development and continuous improvement of key customer relationship management capabilities within a dynamic e-learning environment. This role exists to ensure that the CRM platform not only supports current operational needs but also enables scalable growth by aligning technology with evolving business goals. By focusing on the delivery and enhancement of the MS Dynamics CRM solution, the successful candidate will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of both sales and learner engagement processes.
In this hybrid position, with an expectation to be onsite two days per week, the MS Dynamics CRM Product Owner will lead the prioritisation and grooming of the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on involvement in translating business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring that the platform’s capabilities integrate seamlessly with broader NAV (Navision) systems, which underpin financial and operational workflows. By doing so, the Product Owner enhances data integrity across systems and drives the value derived from digital tools that support learner and customer management.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives within the education sector, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating communication between development teams and product users. The Product Owner will work closely with both the technical and business sides, ensuring that delivery timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Capturing feedback, identifying trends in system usage and performance, and proposing iterative improvements will be a routine aspect of day-to-day activities.
Given the centrality of Dynamics CRM in managing learner relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns, proficiency with the Dynamics CRM platform and familiarity with the features and functionalities of Dynamics NAV are essential. The role demands a blend of technical understanding and business insight to balance feature delivery with system stability and user experience enhancements. Agile methodologies will govern project delivery, with the Product Owner taking a pivotal role in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
This contract role offers a flexible working arrangement with hybrid attendance, supporting collaboration with cross-functional teams while allowing remote working to maximise productivity and focus. Although no additional benefits form part of the package, the position offers an opportunity to embed best practices into a specialist technology environment that serves the education industry. The expected commitment to two days per week onsite will facilitate essential face-to-face interactions and hands-on workshops critical to complex product delivery phases.
Candidates for the MS Dynamics CRM Product Owner role should have prior experience managing CRM platforms at product or project level, with specific exposure to Dynamics CRM and Navision environments considered highly advantageous. A solid track record of working within education or e-learning sectors will support an understanding of stakeholder needs and user behaviours essential for driving product success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to operate at a strategic and operational level—translating complex requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business improvements.
Working within e-learning technology, the Product Owner will contribute to a sector undergoing rapid digital evolution, providing tools that enhance both learner satisfaction and commercial performance. This role is well suited to professionals who thrive in environments where technology acts as a key enabler of business improvement and growth.
This position is based in the education industry, with a clear focus on digital product management within e-learning platforms incorporating Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV technology.
