Our Story

In 2006, Nigel O’Donoghue and Sean Wadsworth saw what most people hadn’t: businesses were investing in new enterprise platforms, but the people who could make that technology work were nearly impossible to find.

Cloud platforms were just beginning to hit their stride. Products like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce were gaining traction, but the specialist talent to implement and support them was scarce and businesses were struggling to keep up.

So they did something about it, and Nigel Frank was born.

2006 - Launch

Nigel Frank International launches in Newcastle, UK, helping early adopters of Microsoft Dynamics successfully implement and scale their systems.

2010 - Salesforce Expansion

We expand into Salesforce with Mason Frank International, bringing the same specialist model to the fast-growing Salesforce ecosystem as demand surged from businesses moving to the cloud. We open in London, New York, Singapore, and Australia.

2013 - Washington Frank and Anderson Frank Launch

Washington Frank and Anderson Frank launch, extending our reach into NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, and Infor, so customers could access specialist talent across multiple enterprise platforms through one partner. We’re now operating across three continents.

2016 - Global Investment

Global investor TPG backs us, enabling us to scale globally and build out our contract recruitment capability in earnest.

2017 - Market Recognition

The Sunday Times names us one of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies. Contract resourcing is growing rapidly as customers seek more flexible access to specialist talent.

2018 - We launch Revolent

A first-of-its-kind business that creates brand new tech professionals from scratch, tackling the skills shortage at its root and giving customers access to entirely new pools of trained talent. Nelson Frank (ServiceNow) and Jefferson Frank (AWS) are born, completing our coverage of every major enterprise platform.

2019 - Workforce Endorsements

Salesforce formally recognizes us as a Workforce Development Partner and Registered Consulting Partner, giving customers greater confidence in the quality and consistency of the talent we provide.

2020 - Rebrand to Tenth Revolution Group

We rebrand to Tenth Revolution Group, bringing our specialist brands under one global identity to make it easier for customers to access the full breadth of our expertise. New hubs open across North America and Europe.

2021 - AWS Alliance

AWS Training Partner status achieved. We open in Canada. Contract placements are now a significant and growing part of our business, reflecting growing customer demand for flexible, on-demand access to specialist skills.

2022 - Projects & Services

Microsoft awards us Solutions Partner for Training Services status. We launch our Projects & Services practice — giving customers a single partner for both talent, training and delivery, reducing risk and accelerating outcomes. We open in Italy, our 11th country.

2023 - Exclusive Specialism

Microsoft appoints us as BC Talent Partner and their recommended global provider of Microsoft Business Central training services, a unique position in the market that no other partner holds.

2024 - Data & AI Focus

We launched dedicated Data & AI and Cloud, Development & Security practices to reflect where our customers are investing most heavily. We join the Snowflake Partner Network and become a Databricks Partner.

2025 - AWS Advanced Tier Partnership

AWS Advanced Tier Partnership achieved, reinforcing our capability to support customers at scale on AWS. EU hub opens in Barcelona.

2026 - The Next Horizon

We become a ServiceNow Authorized Training Partner and Microsoft AI Cloud Partner, ensuring our customers stay ahead of what’s next
