Our Story
Where we started. How we’ve grown.
We sit at a unique intersection of Talent, Training and Transformation. One partner, for an AI-first world.
That’s Tenth Revolution Group.
What began as a search for the perfect permanent hire has evolved into something much broader.
We started by solving a problem nobody else was tackling. We spot what businesses need next, and build the capability to help them succeed.

Our evolution
By investing in the right people, processes and technology, while reacting to changing market dynamics, Tenth Revolution Group has continued to lead in global technology.
We specialize in high-growth Enterprise Software, Cloud, Data and AI ecosystems. We find and hire proven technology experts for both end-user companies and the technology industry. We also train and certify these professionals, upskill our clients’ own staff in the latest specialist technologies and deliver guaranteed customer outcomes through our growing consulting and managed services offerings.
However, we are not a traditional SI, and that’s the point. We move fast, without carrying their overheads or all their red tape.
Where we sit today is fundamentally different from where we started over 20 years ago as a permanent-hire tech recruitment business. We are now a multi-product, globally scaled Talent, Training and Transformation platform, providing technology enablement to businesses.
As we move into the fifth industrial revolution, the partnership between smart machines and human workers, we are deliberately aligning our platform at pace to meet emerging AI demands.
At Tenth Revolution, we are not just here for the current wave of technology change. We aim to be here for all of them.

Our Story
Chapter 1: The Beginning - the tech talent GAP

Nigel O’Donoghue and Sean Wadsworth founded the business at a time when cloud application platforms were beginning to gain real momentum. Microsoft Dynamics was one of the platforms moving fastest, as businesses looked for better ways to manage operations, customers and data.
But the specialist talent needed to implement, manage and support it was scarce.
Starting in the UK with permanent recruitment, then expanding into contract and freelance talent, Nigel Frank quickly became the world’s largest Microsoft Dynamics recruitment firm. The principle was simple. Go deeper than anyone else into a specific technology ecosystem and connect businesses with proven, trusted technology experts.
It worked. And it raised a question that would shape everything that came next. What else did the market need that nobody was properly addressing?
Chapter 2: Following the Cloud Platforms explosion

Our response was deliberate. We built specialist practices around the platforms where clients needed deeper expertise and where generalist recruitment could not keep pace.
Salesforce was becoming the dominant CRM platform globally, so we launched our Salesforce practice in 2010. NetSuite, SAP and the broader ERP market followed. Then ServiceNow. Then AWS.
Each expansion reinforced the same belief. Depth would outperform breadth, and the market kept proving us right.
We opened offices across North America, JAPAC and Europe, growing to serve clients in over 40 countries.
At the same time, technology programs were becoming larger, faster and more complex. Clients needed specialist talent that could scale with them, whether they were preparing for a major implementation or filling a critical gap mid-project.
We built our contract capability in direct response. It became a core pillar of the business, giving clients access to specialist professionals on the terms their programs demanded.
Chapter 3: Creating the Talent you can't find

Revolent launched that year as a first-of-its-kind talent creation business, taking people from adjacent technology backgrounds and cross-training them into in-demand cloud SaaS professionals.
Clients were not just getting trained people. They were getting professionals shaped around specific platform needs, onboarded into real roles and supported through their early careers. It redefined what a talent partner could be.
Over time, our training capability expanded further, delivering learning programs directly for enterprise clients and white-label programs on behalf of our technology partners.
Formal partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS and others strengthened our position, not as a peripheral supplier, but as a trusted partner at the center of the enterprise tech ecosystem.
Chapter 4: A unique Technology Enablement Partner

The move began with the acquisition and growth of our first AWS consulting practice. It was a natural extension of everything we had built. If we understood the technology and the talent better than anyone, why stop at supplying the team?
Over time, that capability expanded globally, with specialist teams built around each client’s needs.
We are not a traditional systems integrator, and that is the point. We deliver faster and at a price point many larger providers cannot match, because our model is built on genuine ecosystem expertise rather than scale for its own sake.
Since 2020, we have been bringing our specialist practices together under one identity, Tenth Revolution Group.
The name reflects our ambition. We are living through the fourth industrial revolution, and we have built a business that has adapted and evolved through every shift the market has thrown at us. The “Tenth” in our name is a deliberate statement of intent. We plan to be here for the long haul, evolving through whatever comes next.
One name. One vision. The complete picture of what we had built.
Clients are no longer just asking, can you find us the right people? Or, can you train our team? They are asking, can you help us work out what we need, then help us deliver it?
Our Transformation capability means we sit alongside clients through end-to-end technology implementations, from scoping through to delivery and ongoing support. We share accountability for the outcome, not just the team.
Chapter 5: The Next Wave - the AI revolution

Our focus is helping organizations move beyond experimentation and into measurable change.
We are investing in our Data and AI people and platforms to help clients understand what AI can realistically do for their business, build the internal capability to use it effectively and execute the transformation programs that turn ambition into operation.
The clients asking us these questions today are the same kinds of clients who came to us in 2006, when technology was moving faster than talent could keep up.
We know how this story goes. More importantly, we know how to help them get ahead of it.
Real results, not experimentation. That is what twenty years of going deeper than anyone else makes possible.
