Global Referral Program

Did you know that TRG will pay for referrals who are hired? If so, why not refer them for a role today?

We are currently accepting referrals* for: Recruitment Consultant (TRC+) and Recruitment Manager and above roles

Everyone in TRG is eligible to submit referrals (Except Board level and TA Staff)
All referrals from 1st April 2024 are eligible
You must personally know the referral prior to submission
You can submit up to 3 referrals per month to your Local Talent Acquisition Team
When your referral starts you will be paid £/$/€ 250 (or local USD equivalent)
When your referral completes 3 deals** you will be paid £/$/€ 750 (or local USD equivalent)
Payments will only be made to current employees
All referrals are valid for 6 months from date of submission
Final decisions on eligibility of referral will be made by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition

* Three full deals based on an individual country’s minimum threshold requirements

*Roles eligible will change according to business needs and will be notified
