Lighter touch support
We aim to hold a weekly check-in with both you and the contractor for the duration of the assignment, dealing with concerns or issues as they arise.
More engaged support

Some clients prefer a more involved approach, or the complexity of the assignment warrants additional structure.

In these instances, we use our Consultant Assignment Process framework called “CAP”. CAP is a structured framework designed to make sure every assignment starts clearly, stays on track and finishes professionally.
